Marketing Manager, International Markets - Global Marketing

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Marketing Manager, International Markets.
As part of the Global Marketing function this role holder will focus on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of two Global Businesses, Commercial Banking and Global Banking and Markets.
Focus on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction.
Assist the liaison with the Global Commercial Banking Marketing Team and local business team of international sites, where there are no dedicate marketing staff, on allocation and agreement of the scope and marketing spend
Work with local business team and seek their buy in and support on the planned initiatives including budget spends
Where media advertising is involved, work with regional agency account teams to ensure the correct coordination of all initiatives
Work with a range of key regional and country stakeholders across global businesses and identify collaboration opportunities
Engage with agencies including creative, media, events and production houses, to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials for international sites
Broad based business experience, ideally within a large blue chip Financial Services brand
A range of Marketing Planning experience, including demonstrable success in understanding and working with strategic viewpoints and hypotheses
Proven experience of collaboration with teams over multiple sites
Proven ability to work on multi function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills
Proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders
Experience of working with agencies driving for greater value and application of resources
Commitment to putting the customers at the heart of all development and implementation activities
Experience of project management driving for greater value through the smart application of resource
Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
Understanding of local market dynamics and pressures
