We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Marketing Manager.
Principal responsibilities
  • Management and execution of Marketing communications campaigns and activities to deliver against the objectives and ambitions of the Global Marketing strategy and plan
  • Implementing campaigns globally, working with and guiding Marketing campaigns teams in market to ensure that the HSBC brand is promoted in a cohesive and consistent way, using the agreed campaign assets and supporting materials produced
  • Formulating and implementing Marketing activities and campaigns to support the achievement of revenue growth targets
  • Driving customer acquisition in key segments, building the HSBC brand presence and supporting the local activation of campaigns and events
  • Collaborating with key internal stakeholders and effectively managing agency and supplier relationships to maximise service delivery
  • Manage a broad range of agencies, including creative, media and events to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials
  • Keep abreast of customer needs and latest Marketing trends within the industry via all opportunities whether face to face, online or via research


  • Broad based business experience, ideally within a Financial Services based institution
  • Brand and Marketing experience
  • Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
  • Experience of working with and managing agencies
  • Good understanding of communication developments and emerging consumer and industry trends
  • Proven ability to work on multi function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to be a self starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities
