Marketing Manager - Global Marketing

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Marketing Manager.
Responsible for driving and implementing effective and innovative credit card acquisition campaigns to grow the credit card portfolio within Retail Banking and Wealth Management locally in Hong Kong.
Planning and developing effective programme strategies and mechanics to promote specific cards and services for different customer groups and segments via different channels
Conducting market and portfolio analysis and segmentation studies to assist in programme development
Independently managing and ensuring smooth programme implementation
Monitoring and analysing programme performance, recommending and implementing actions for improvement.
Managing marketing budget, ensuring effective deployment to enhance return on investment
Liaising with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiatives
Ensuring all activities adhere to established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values
University graduate in business studies with a background in marketing is preferred
Extensive experience in a marketing role, including hands on experience in digital marketing and ideally has worked for a banking or financial institution with involvement or a good understanding of credit card
Proficient in data analysis, project management, advertising production, direct and digital marketing in driving business results with good commercial sense and digital performance tracking ability.
A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Experienced in liaising with external business partners and suppliers
Possess hands on computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills, especially in written Chinese and English a must
