Marketing Manager - Global Marketing

Location: Asia Pacific-Hong Kong-Hong Kong Island-Central

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Marketing Manager.
Principal responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving and implementing effective and innovative credit card acquisition campaigns to grow the credit card portfolio within Retail Banking and Wealth Management locally in Hong Kong. 
  • Planning and developing effective programme strategies and mechanics to promote specific cards and services for different customer groups and segments via different channels
  • Conducting market and portfolio analysis and segmentation studies to assist in programme development
  • Independently managing and ensuring smooth programme implementation
  • Monitoring and analysing programme performance, recommending and implementing actions for improvement.
  • Managing marketing budget, ensuring effective deployment to enhance return on investment
  • Liaising with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiatives
  • Ensuring all activities adhere to established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values

Qualifications

Requirements
  • University graduate in business studies with a background in marketing is preferred
  • Extensive experience in a marketing role, including hands on experience in digital marketing and ideally has worked for a banking or financial institution with involvement or a good understanding of credit card
  • Proficient in data analysis, project management, advertising production, direct and digital marketing in driving business results with good commercial sense and digital performance tracking ability.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Experienced in liaising with external business partners and suppliers
  • Possess hands on computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills, especially in written Chinese and English a must
