Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Sales Productivity Management.
Principal responsibilities
  • To facilitate implementation of sales plan, providing timely sales management information and feedback and ensuring frontline operates effectively in reaching pre-determined strategies and objectives
  • To contribute to the establishment of sales management culture in the frontline
  • To provide feedback and coaching to branch network and drive for improvement
  • To maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likehood of it occurring

Qualifications

Requirements
  • University graduate with a degree with honors in economics, finance, business, mathematics or a related discipline
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good problem solving, influencing and communication skills
  • With strong business sense and extensive knowledge in regulated business in view of the importance of wealth management business
