We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Regulatory Transformation.
Principal responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of Global Standards and global local regulatory and compliance projects for Commercial Banking Hong Kong to mitigate the risks of non compliance
  • Support the execution of strategic de risking initiatives and remediation programmes
  • Support the implementation of Financial Crime Compliance and Regulatory Compliance Policies including the development of local procedures to embed compliance culture within the Business
  • Work closely with Front Line, Compliance and Operations Teams to ensure ongoing implementation of policies and procedures

Qualifications

Requirements
  • University degree in an appropriate discipline
  • Good banking experience and understanding on the regulatory and compliance environment in the financial services sector
  • Ability to coordinate and control a wide range of activities and make decisions independently
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven project management skills and experience
  • Well developed interpersonal and influencing skills, including verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and operations in Hong Kong
