Manager Premier - Customer Value Management

Location: Asia Pacific-Hong Kong-Hong Kong Island-Central

Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class retail banking and wealth management solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Premier.
Principal responsibilities
  • Support the launch of proposition initiatives and implementing business initiatives in Premier segment in alignment with Group directives to achieve business objectives
  • Support to drive the development of Premier in establishing the bank as the leading and preferred premium bank for up segment
  • Implement plan and business initiatives to achieve portfolio growth in terms of customers number and income, and improve customer experience 
  • Support the development of business initiatives to grow portfolio and profitability of the strategic segments
  • Continuous support to the management of propositions leading to better performance
  • Assist in launching Group initiatives on Premier 
  • Support to implement Global Standard and control initiatives to ensure adherence to guidelines 
  • Support special projects in relation to Premier proposition enhancement
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including Retail Distribution, Channel, Product teams, Marketing, Compliance and Legal etc to facilitate development and implementation of initiatives and projects

Qualifications

Requirements
  • University graduate with business studies related discipline with solid experience in retail banking and product management.
  • Possess understanding of integrated accounts and overall banking products 
  • Familiar with distribution framework and keep in pace with the ever changing market conditions 
  • Can work independently and proactively
  • Strong project management skills in supporting the development and implementation of initiatives and possess the ability to solve problems promptly and effectively 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Strong numerical ability, analytic and powerpoint presentation skills
