Manager, Lending Product - Corporate Banking

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Lending Product.
Principal responsibilities
  • Provide a wide spectrum of quality support to Senior Lending Product Managers to enable them to ensure compliance, improve client satisfaction and efficiency 
  • Perform timely and quality product review
  • Undertake reassessment of operational risk inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic and market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, and the impact of new technology
  • Support the launch global product governance and business suitability initiatives relating to lending product
  • Implement streamlining initiatives and deploy of global program to enhance customer satisfaction 
  • Coordinate compliance projects relating to lending
  • Coordinate with operations team on the end to end lending process and facilitate issue resolution


  • University graduate with sound knowledge in product management
  • Relevant experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking
  • Proven record of delivery within challenging time scale
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate ability to implement changes
