Manager Global Standards - Retail Banking and Wealth Management

Location: Asia Pacific-Hong Kong-Hong Kong Island-Central

Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Global Standards.
Principal responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of Global Standards program with focus on Customer Due Diligence programme
  • Assist to develop and implement Global Standards Communications plan both internal and external, and Training
  • Formulate and implement Customer Due Diligence staff communication plan to help embed Customer Due Diligence into daily operation
  • Drive and review customer communications strategy and facilitate the development of communications materials
  • Support to develop, review and localize training materials
  • Develop service protocols to support project of different nature covering regulatory and compliance, Global Standards, Business Risk and Control Management and Business Transformation
  • Design, develop and covering communication deck, scripts, customer contact approach, project benefits and action required, Frequent Asked Questions for effective execution by frontline 
  • Anticipate and meet frontline and customers’ needs and expectation in service protocol development
  • Ensure the service protocol is presented and communicated in a user friendly and actionable manner to frontline


  • Degree holder with proven track record in Retail Banking and Wealth Management
  • Solid experience in running regulatory, communications or training project
  • Strong creativity, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Persuasive and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint
