Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Fund Administration.
Efficient administration of the funds
Compliance with the constitutive documents of the funds
Quality services deliverable
Timely completion and issuance of audited financial statements
Participate in ad hoc projects
Coaching and assisting team on problem solving
Assist supervisor to review procedures on a periodic basis
University graduate with a degree in accounting or related discipline
Relevant experience in fund services or financial industry, with experience in managing a team
Good understanding of fiduciary duties and administration of unit trust, mutual fund, accounting, valuation, custody and banking services
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
Strong client facing and negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Able to maintain a good working relationship with clients
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
