We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Express Banking.
Principal responsibilities
  • Responsible for the delivery of  self service banking performance expectation for Retail Banking and Wealth Management
  • Work on the channel risk and facilitate security of  self service banking services
  • Manage the development and deployment of self-service machines and Express Banking distribution
  • Optimise resources to achieve cost efficiency and attain business goals within budget
  • Manage the implementation of compliance and regulatory initiatives to mitigate associated risks


  • University level education
  • Competent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Able to handle a highly complex range of strategic, business and technology based issues in a variety of different operating environments
  • Significant knowledge, expertise and skill in automated channel development and delivery, strategic development in Retail Banking
  • Able to demonstrate leadership on Regulatory and Compliance matters
  • A team player with good analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self motivated and able to work independently
