We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Direct Channels.
Principal responsibilities
  • Engage in Internet Banking platform revamp projects to provide premium Retail Banking and Wealth Management digital services to customers across platforms and propositions
  • Manage the development and implementation of Internet Banking initiatives to support the rollout of new sales and services features online
  • Play a key role to drive Internet Banking channel adoption and channel effectiveness by liaising with various stakeholders
  • Manage the implementation of compliance and regulatory initiatives to mitigate the associated risks
  • Optimize resources to achieve cost efficiency and attain business goals within budget

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Degree holder with professional experience and understanding of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business and operating environment in Hong Kong and the Region
  • Significant knowledge, expertise and skill in Direct sales, automated channel development and delivery for  Retail Banking and Wealth Management business and technology understanding to ensure the Bank is best positioned to leverage any new or evolving trends
  • Well-equipped to handle a highly complex range of strategic, business and technology-based issues in different operating environments
  • Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels both internally and externally
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, analytical, presentation and decision making skills
