Manager Customer Relationship Management - Retail Banking and Wealth Management

Location: Asia Pacific-Hong Kong-Hong Kong Island-Central

Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Customer Relationship Management.
Principal responsibilities
  • Assist the development of contact strategy to drive Propositions and business results
  • Drive the setting of Customer Relationship Management objectives, analytics and modeling priorities, and resourcing requirements working with Proposition, Products, Distribution, Marketing and Centre of Excellence
  • Drive the formulation of single customer view and industrialise customer centric initiatives with products and multichannel distribution for key Propositions or segments
  • Contribute to ensure a close alignment with Propositions, Products, Distribution, Marketing and Centre of Excellence to deliver Annual Operating Plan targets within budget and capacity constraints
  • Drive robust tracking or business impact assessment, and test and challenger action, including the hands on production of such assessment, or the specification for other functions to deliver, with Propositions, Products, Distribution, Marketing and Centre of Excellence and extend expertise to facilitate trade off evaluation, optimize and improve strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and guidelines provided by Group
  • Identify local sales and service opportunities that are relevant and timely for key customer segments or groups, and provide Distribution and Marketing with leads, knowledge and tools to act on those opportunities

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Degree holder with relevant discipline
  • Experienced in Customer Relationship Management in banking industry
  • Able to translate concept into actionable plans mobilizing off shore resources
  • Strong Collaboration and influencing skills
  • Demonstrate understanding and sensitivity to Regulatory and Compliance issues.
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring and reporting in accordance with guidelines
