We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Client Services.
Principal responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality and value added client services to clients
  • Complete understanding of clients, clients' operating model, needs and requirements and develop a suitable service plan to become their trusted service provider.
  • The ability to demonstrate strong understanding of products across HSBC Security Services and having a pulse on rapidly developing market changes and their impact on our clients
  • Lead and develop the Client Service team and cultivate a very client focused culture.
  • Motivating, monitoring and coaching subordinates
  • Be a team player and take action to improve communication within the team and internal client groups

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Prior experience in Securities Services, Custody business and Financial Servcies Industry is highly desirable
  • Exposure to account management within financial services is preferred
  • Exposure to working in matrix working environments is advantageous
  • Proven experience in driving efficiency
  • Exceptional communciation skills in both written and verbal English
  • Ability to multi task and work under a pressured
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
