We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Business Transformation.
Principal responsibilities
  • Support overall Retail Banking and Wealth Management Transformation objectives of streamlining our business, through further adoption of digital technology to reduce our cost base, improve our sales, service and real estate productivity, while delivering an improved experience for our customers and supporting high quality revenue growth
  • Support the delivery of projects that aim a simpler, better and faster bank for our customers
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to provide programme governance and monitor benefits realization
  • Overall liaison for overall transformation office Management Information and reporting
  • Actively collaborate with a large cross functional transformation team to ensure governance elements are correctly met.
  • Interacts with local and global stakeholders to collaborate through information sharing and best practices implementation
  • Actively collaborate with a wide cross functional team built by HSBC staff and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide direct support to the Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management Transformation on various governance, Management Information and reporting activities.
  • Manages all Management Information and reporting activities for the transformation office
  • Ensure overall programme benefits pipeline accurate and up to date


  • University degree or above
  • Knowledge of Financial Services industry
  • Good understanding on data quality and controls, preferably with Information Technology auditing background
  • Proficient in Excel spreadsheet skills
  • Experience in producing management information and complex reports
  • Experience in transformation programmes, project management and working in matrix environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Experience in building business cases, investment cases and management of financials components
  • Experience in data handling and analysis
  • Experience with problem mapping and resolution
  • Possessing Agile methodology certification is a plus
  • Ability to coordinate and control a wide range of activities and make decisions independently
  • Well developed interpersonal and influencing skills, including verbal and written communication skills
