Manager Business Management - Retail Banking and Wealth Management

Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Business Management.
Principal responsibilities
  • Review and recommend various business management reporting insights for management
  • Implement corrective actions based on business profitability, cost analysis and financial benchmarking
  • Liaison with various stakeholders across business teams and Global Functions on planning, management reporting, as well as strategic initiative prioritization and implementation
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc management reporting
  • Coordinate regular and ad hoc management meeting
  • Review the business to ensure alignment with global blueprint and policies
  • Develop staff engagement functions, activities and internal staff communication

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Banking experience ideally in Retail Banking and Wealth Management and business management areas
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related qualifications
  • Good planning, analytical and project management skills
  • Strong language, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
