We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Business Analytics.
Principal responsibilities
  • Analyze transaction and demographic data to identify potential high risk customers to support projects related to Risk, Global Standards, Business Risk and Control Management, Fraud and Commercial Crimes, Compliance and regulators
  • Conduct country level portfolio analysis to facilitate strategy formulation in the region
  • Conduct customer centric analysis to identify business opportunities for growth and anti attrition
  • Develop tracking reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and support senior management’s decision making processes
  • Develop event triggers or actionable intelligence to facilitate frontline activities for growth and risk protection
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure projector task is completed based on business requirements
  • Advocate and promote the use of data analytics to drive fact based activity and behavior in Commercial banking frontline
  • Work closely with offshore teams to communicate business requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects


  • University degree in business, quantitative, numerical science or related discipline, with experience in portfolio management, marketing or credit risk management in a financial services industry
  • Solid skills in SAS and or SQL programming is mandatory for this role.  Skills in Microsoft R will be considered
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.  Knowledge in Macro or VBA or Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft Access or Qlikview or any other business intelligence tools will be advantageous
  • Excellent analytical skills with extensive exposure in database marketing, portfolio management and or Customer Relationship Management infrastructure development
  • Attention to details, with good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Commercial Banking or Global Standards or Fraud and Commercial Crimes experience would be a plus
