We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Business Analyst.
Principal responsibilities
  • Act as subject matter expert for pension funds projects and coordinate with various work streams within the project
  • To perform liaison and advisory roles with relevant parties including vendor and pension administration colleagues in the formulation of business and technology solutions for the business
  • Fully document scope of all related business requirements relating to each deliverable
  • To undertake project by participating in working group and reviewing business requirements specification and documentation
  • To conduct and undertake walk through processes to advise users on the implications of new developments
  • Oversee the successful implementation of business driven changes projects enhancements
  • To monitor the department to be run in accordance with annual budget


  • Experience in system implementation projects
  • Exposure to provident fund scheme administration
  • Previous managerial exposure
  • Pass in Monetary Provident Fund intermediaries exams
