Implementation Manager - Global Software Delivery

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Implementation Manager.
Principal responsibilities
  • Take the lead in coordination of production implementation activities.
  • Engage early in project lifecycle and serves as the gateway to production. 
  • Inject Non Functional Requirement for application support in an early stage of project, define high level implementation plan, assess risk and mitigation during Implementation, and arrange service transition to production support with required support details. 
  • Coordinate the completion of Non Functional Requirement activities before deployment, identify dependency and possible crash among changes, develop detailed implementation plans in the path to live, and supervise actual execution of implementation

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Proven experience on server related technology
  • Experience on IT Operations such as servers, database, network or Data Centre operations will be an advantage
  • Experience with business critical server application support will be an advantage
  • Proven project management skills will be an advantage
  • Effective communication skills in spoken and written English to work in a Global Team
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Able to work independently to meet deadlines and under pressure.
  • A good team player with good project handling skills. 
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
