From expanding overseas to managing the cash and trade flows of an established enterprise, the Business Banking team of Relationship Managers and Product Specialists provides a range of end-to-end solutions designed to help small and large businesses reach their potential.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Division Head International Relationship Management Business Banking.
Lead, manage and motivate a team of relationship managers in accordance with the overall strategic directions of the Bank
Maximize customer value from the team portfolio, which comprises mainly borrowing relationships at the top end of business banking segment
Formulate and implement aggressive business plans, directing resources and identify potential business opportunities in Business Banking
Ensure good implementation of full relationship management strategy by providing one stop financial services, maximizing service efficiency and adopting effective credit assessment
Coach and develop team to ensure high level of service and sales standards is maintained
Minimize credit and fraud loss to the Bank by reinforcing timely and stringent Know Your Customer, credit assessments, and active management of critical relationships
Ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements on sales, operations, business development and credit standards
University graduate with extensive experience in commercial banking with exposure in commercial lending, new business development and trade financing, preferably with experience in leading a relationship management and sales team
Seasoned credit skills and good understanding of commercial banking products and services
An established track record in growing new business and maintaining good relationship with clients
Strong leadership and sales management skills
Well developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
Relevant investment and insurance license are required
