We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Insight Activation Analyst.
Principal responsibilities
  • Through the use of various data points determine solutions that will significantly impact the business ability to drive revenue and or materially reduce costs without detrimentally impacting customer experience
  • This will be achieved by developing action plans that gain an understanding of consumer behaviors which provide insight into potential commercialization opportunities
  • Track and capture results to feed into future discovery creating best in class ways of working to drive global metrics
  • Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders and external sources of potential illumination and insight
  • Support both the Head of Digital Insight Activation and team by coordinating with the Global Digital Metric Leads to understand objectives, both on a global and local basis to ensure alignment of activity
  • Work collaboratively with global functional groups as required
  • Key stakeholders include digital, business teams in Customer Value Management and Wealth, Marketing, Analytics and Technology


  • Experience gained in a Direct marketing, Management Consulting or Digital Proposition Development role where the use of data to develop constantly evolving consumer propositions communications is the norm
  • Possess a natural ability to explain complex concepts in an engaging manner which will result in organizational behavior changing action
  • Have excellent analytical skills with proven ability to understand complex data, identify key trends and opportunities, putting forward hypotheses to be tested and delivering recommendations
  • Have a strong Commercial focus, ability to balance risks and rewards and maximize the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues.
  • The ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals.
  • Respectful of different cultures, working with colleagues from across all five regions
