We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Customer Experience Manager.
 
Principal responsibilities
  • Review and sign off all customer correspondence according to the customer communication policy and from a customer centric perspective
  • Improving our existing communications in administration letters  
  • Reviewing sales and services materials to ensure quality and customer centricity
  • Ensuring the sales and services materials meet with relevant regulatory guidelines and obtaining regulatory approval
  • Formulating and reviewing strategies to explore business opportunities
  • Devise sales promotion, activities and launching of tactical promotions in achieving business goals
  • Supporting the sales development functions such as facilitating training and coordination of seminar programs
  • Enhance team work within the team and join up promotion programs with external business partners

Qualification

Requirements
  • Experience in marketing and project management
  • Exposure to insurance industry would be a definite advantageous
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Experience working with various stakeholders from different functional department
