We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Counter Service Officer.
Principal responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service through accurate and efficient counter transactions
  • Meet customer financial services needs through identifying opportunities and referring them to appropriate bank colleagues
  • Ensure smooth branch operation and achieve satisfactory audit rating through meeting all requirements of control and service


  • Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education holder with teller experience
  • Insurance and Investment licence would be an advantage
  • Self motivated, attentive to details, willing to learn and work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
