We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Corporate Card Product Manager.
Principal responsibilities
  • Drive and deliver Commercial Card products development in line with customers’ need and in order to maximise the financial contribution of the Commercial Card product portfolio and overall Global Liquidity and Cash Management business
  • Identify business opportunities and product gaps, and work with product and functional lines to develop new and refine existing product features
  • Provide strategic and practical direction in positioning current and upcoming product features
  • Identify and translate market opportunities into new business proposition, with product tools and collateral to facilitate the commerialization of new product features
  • Drive effective interaction across organisational boundaries, including sales, call centre, client services, marketing, operations, Information Technology, Legal, Business Risk Control Management, Finance, and Compliance to deliver optimised customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain good contact with the external Global Liquidity and Cash Management market, such as partner organisations, industry associations, customers, competitors, regulators, and vendors to ensure that our strategy remains relevant and effective
  • Lead, develop and motivate the leadership team to attract, retain and develop the capacity, capability and talent to provide for succession and ensure delivery of business objectives
  • Manage the processes, infrastructure and resources needed to deliver agreed team plans and targets, identifying and implementing improvements and collaborating with colleagues to maximise end to end integration, effectiveness and efficiency


  • Relevant knowledge including credit card products, operations, market dynamics and commercial trends
  • Extensive relevant working experience in product management and credit card in banking industry
  • Desirable to have Core Cards systems knowledge
  • Strong strategic thinking capacity with the ability to translate concepts into actionable plans
  • Self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic and has proven fast learning capability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
