Contract Digital Product Manager - Retail Banking and Wealth Management

Location: Asia Pacific-Hong Kong-Hong Kong Island-Central

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Contract Digital Product Manager.
Principal responsibilities
  • Responsible for the delivery of key project artifacts as appropriate: project schedules, reporting, budget management, creation and upkeep of project communication and risk management plans
  • Drive and manage global or strategic projects and sales initiatives to achieve Digital Sales across retail products
  • Lead cross functional teams to solve complex business problems and deploy innovative solutions
  • Provide strategic insight for delivery lifecycle roadmap planning, passion to apply expertise into daily tasks
  • Perform stakeholders management and to interact professionally with diverse group of key decision makers
  • Lead digital channel performance across Internet Banking, Mobile, Tablet and Public Website to maximize revenue generation and business growth for various products and service.
  • Drive and share best practice to improve Digital Experience based on research and customer feedback.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, customer testing if needed to verify ideal digital sales journey or digital concept 
  • Review current digital journeys and operation models to maximize sales opportunities and operational efficiency across products
  • Applying digital analytics and customer feedback to interactions to improve customer experience, engagement and Return on investment across the products.
  • Responsible for alignment of customer experience with other products, channels, and propositions to ensure consistency in experience.
  • Work with other members of Global Digital Team, Products, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Credit Risk, IT Security, Fraud, Digital Centre of Excellence, and other internal teams deem appropriate to achieve key strategic agendas for retail banking wealth management
  • This role may also require working with external agencies, consultants and regulated bodies.


  • Extensive years of product management and digital experience, ideally within consumer finance industry.
  • Strong collaborative approach and working with teams over multiple sites
  • Proven ability to work on complex and strategic projects demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts.
  • A passion as well as a good understanding of technology developments and emerging consumer and industry trends and how they drive digital strategy.
  • Proven ability to be a self starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
  • High level of drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language.
  • Strong understanding, analyzing and interpreting skills when working with information.
  • Good problem solving ability and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work with multiple scrum teams concurrently, and lead the charge towards a more agile environment
  • Strong capability in understanding digital analytics, split testing and other user behavior analysis related tools.
  • Deep understanding of agile delivery principles, incremental improvement and quality software engineering processes and practices.
