Client Support Services - Global Private Banking

Location: Asia Pacific-Hong Kong-Hong Kong Island-Central

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Client Support Services.
Principal responsibilities
  • Support the Documentation Team of Client Support Service
  • Handle incorporation and company secretarial documentation of offshore companies including BVI and other jurisdictions
  • Communicate with internal clients, global offices and local agent of BVI and other jurisdictions independently
  • Maintain and control company’s database.
  • Provide company secretarial support to the Team
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments.
  • Manage invoicing and fee collection in respect of offshore companies including BVI and other jurisdictions
  • Prepare management reports

Qualifications

Requirements
  • University graduate with a degree in business, finance or a related discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Positive and self-motivating mindset and attitude
  • Strong computer skills in Excel and Word
  • Able to take up ad hoc projects
