We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Client Support Services.
Principal responsibilities
  • Assist in promoting referral services across Private Wealth Solutions and Private Bank platform.
  • Deliver quality and best levels of services, high level of operating efficiency as well as high standard of compliance.
  • Ensure strict cash flow control including timely billing and collection of fees and disbursements
  • Remain abreast of relevant changes to Private Wealth Solutions policy and works with different function units in Private Wealth Solutions, Private Bank, and other HSBC Units, professional advisors and third parties.
  • Ensure proper compliance of Private Wealth Solutions policies and guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in ad hoc exercises and projects if required
