Client Support Services - Global Private Banking

Location: Asia Pacific-Hong Kong-Hong Kong Island-Central

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Client Support Services.
Principal responsibilities
  • Deliver quality and good levels of services, professionalism and operational efficiency as well as good standard of compliance to safeguard the interests of the trust principals and beneficiaries and the Company and in particular, to adhere to the Administrative Support Services Agreements
  • Handle trust documentation independently for Trust Relationship Managers on timely basis with high level of quality
  • Assist the supervisor in providing documentation solutions and advice to Trust Relationship Manager Team
  • Assist the supervisor or team head in ad hoc project and implementation of new policies and procedures
  • Shadow follow peers to carry out trust documentation functions as required
  • Act as mentor to junior or newly joined team members
  • Assist the team in keep certain control list, for example, the common seal control list

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Corporate Governance or Law
  • Company secretarial experience, knowledge of trust deed and trust structure is preferable
  • Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work under pressure
