We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Client Support Services.
Principal responsibilities
  • Handle trust documentation with minimum supervision on a timely basis with high level of quality, ensure offshore trusts are administered in accordance with the Administrative Support Services Agreements.
  • Assist the supervisor in providing documentation solutions and advice to Trust Relationship Manager Team
  • Provide quality services to Trust Probate Services in all aspects of trust and estate administration.
  • Assist in ad hoc project and implementation of new policies, procedures and keeping certain control list
  • Deliver quality and good levels of services, professionalism and operational efficiency as well as good standard of compliance to safeguard the interests of the trust principals and beneficiaries and the Company and in particular, to adhere to the Administrative Support Services Agreements as per the scope of services of the Team to be revised from time to time to account for changing circumstances and business requirements.

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Corporate Governance or Law
  • Company secretarial experience gained in professional firms will be ideal
  • Knowledge of trust deed and trust structure is preferable
  • Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under pressure  
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
