We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Relationship Manager.
Execute outreach strategy to acquire new customers via corporate referrals from branch and collaboration with different business groups
Act as division Employee Benefits Program champion and expertise on end-to-end Employee Benefits Program business, i.e. from employer relationship building to enrolment of employee and finally needs taken up penetration
Be the intermediary party for synergy between corporate clients and branches within division, including mobilizing resources within division and devising localized pairing system.
Be a focal point in division to solicit feedbacks on offers, service lead time, back-end process and competitor intelligence.
Train & update staff on Employee Benefits Program knowledge and skills within division
Relevant professional qualification in insurance and investment
Solid experience in a banking or sales and service environment
Knowledge of investment and insurance products
Good understanding of branch services and operations
Positive and self-motivating mindset and attitude
Strong in relationship building and client focus
Good in Communication and Presentation Skills
