Business Development Officer, Mandatory Provident Fund - HSBC Insurance

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Development Officer, Mandatory Provident Fund.
Proactively identify business opportunities through outbound calls to increase the leads from new to HSBC Mandatory Provident Fund customers.
Understand and provide excellent customer service, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our Mandatory Provident Funds and Employee Benefits products.
Complete the appointment booking fulfillment process as appropriate and ensure daily operation consistently accompany with all related regulatory requirements and HSBC control standard so that quality and effective service are delivered, ensure compliance where applicable.
Meet service performance standard by responding to customer enquiries and resolving customer problems or complaints with care and efficiency through quality customer service and appropriate flexibility.
Keeps up to date and self-equipped via varies e learning and self-development channels proactively.
Support the objective of service excellence by participating actively in team activities to share best practice, information, ideas and techniques for service and productivity improvement.
Work closely and effectively with the Business Development Manager and other stakeholders in both Bank and Insurance to maximize production in accordance with matching customer needs to individual products and services.
Support and follow the Global Standards and global or local regulatory and compliance initiatives or frameworks for the Pensions business to mitigate the risks of non-compliance
Form 5 graduate or above
Qualified with Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper I, III, IV is preferred
Solid relevant experience in banking or customer service
Basic understanding of the Mandatory Provident Funds or Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance business and up-to-date product knowledge
Highly motivated, positive attitude and accountable
Team player with a self motivated mindset and genuine interest in banking or pensions industry
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Effective problem solving skills
