Branch Implementation Manager - Retail Banking and Wealth Management

Location: Asia Pacific-Hong Kong-Kowloon-Kowloon

Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Branch Implementation Manager.
Principal responsibilities
  • Support the development and ongoing enhancement of Retail Banking and Wealth Management Incentive Scheme
  • Implement reward and recognition programmes, and initiatives
  • Prepare comprehensive and detailed business reports and provide analytics to support performance monitoring
  • Support Performance Objectives allocation exercise in the team
  • Execution of division or branch level resources plan with alignment to the strategic direction at Retail Distribution and Retail Banking and Wealth Management
  • Ensure consistent execution at all divisions and compliance with the Group resourcing requirements


  • University level education, preferably in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or Business related disciplines
  • Experience in retail industry with exposure in project implementation an additional advantage
  • Competent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Expert in managing and interpreting large amount of data with strong numerical sense and analytical skill
  • Proficiency in computer software especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • A team player with good analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self motivated and able to work independently
