Associate Director, Relationship Management - Global Private Banking

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate Director, Relationship Management.
Principal responsibilities
  • Provide full banking services to high net worth individual clients by the extension of credit and the marketing of company services 
  • Provide the marketing and business development activities in a specific geographical area or market criteria using the full range of company products and services
  • Establish new relationships and manage existing relationship in order to generate new Assets under Management and Gross Revenue
  • Cooperate with platform manager to clear pending items, improve quality and resolve problems
  • Provide support to client’s portfolio management
  • Ensure client’s objectives are met through the portfolio allocations
  • Ensure clients are aware of their level of risk
  • Follow up portfolios on a regular basis and develops client’s profitability
  • Identify opportunities to meet the credit needs of clients seeking secured and unsecured loans for a variety of purposes
  • Research account and transaction records to resolve basic discrepancies, answer questions, or provide documentation on client activities


  • Relevant relationship management experience in the banking sector
  • Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
  • Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving
  • Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis.
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
