Associate Director, Relationship Management - Global Private Banking

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate Director, Relationship Management.
Provide full banking services to high net worth individual clients by the extension of credit and the marketing of company services
Provide the marketing and business development activities in a specific geographical area or market criteria using the full range of company products and services
Establish new relationships and manage existing relationship in order to generate new Assets under Management and Gross Revenue
Cooperate with platform manager to clear pending items, improve quality and resolve problems
Provide support to client’s portfolio management
Ensure client’s objectives are met through the portfolio allocations
Ensure clients are aware of their level of risk
Follow up portfolios on a regular basis and develops client’s profitability
Identify opportunities to meet the credit needs of clients seeking secured and unsecured loans for a variety of purposes
Research account and transaction records to resolve basic discrepancies, answer questions, or provide documentation on client activities
Relevant relationship management experience in the banking sector
Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving
Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis.
Strong customer service focus
Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
