Global Asset Management, the investment management business of the HSBC Group, serves HSBC’s worldwide customer base of retail and private clients, intermediaries, corporates and institutions invested in both segregated accounts and pooled funds. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate Director Client Reporting.
Principal responsibilities
  • Be responsible for managing the Client reporting team in handling the day to day servicing of Institutional and Wholesale clients
  • Actively work with Client Management Team and Wholesale Team to agree with client or distributors on client servicing requirements such as delivery time, content, level of information
  • Plan, prioritize and organize the Team’s resources against needs and ensure the effective and cost efficient delivery of both regular and ad hoc client requests
  • Be responsible for managing and mitigating operational risks in day to day operations
  • Manage projects impacting Clients reporting activity


  • University graduate
  • Some years of experience in financial industry with a managerial role
  • Advanced knowledge of the financial markets and investment products
  • Working experience in client facing role
  • Well developed communication skills including an ability to interact effectively with people at all levels both internally and externally
  • Good team player whilst able to work independently under pressure
  • Experience in project management or audit would be an advantage
