We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Support Manager Business Banking.
Principal responsibilities
  • Contribute to efficient management of Business Banking District through proper planning, coordination, and execution of all administrative and internal operational matters and collaboration with Business Partners
  • Minimize operational risks and ensure audit compliance of the respective District through implementing proper control and seeking management advices and approvals on all irregularities
  • Engage proactively in stakeholder management and acts as an interactive interface between own District and other Districts or Functions and external parties to enable effective and efficient communications and cooperation
  • Represent team to critically review operational or internal guidelines and suggest ways to enhance team operational efficiency
  • Identify and escalate unresolved or complicated internal operational issues and problems to senior district management for review and action
  • Provide administrative support to District Director


  • University graduate with a degree in business, management or a related discipline
  • Details conscious with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record and capacity to coordinate a wide range of activities according to high level instructions
  • Able to handle multi tasks and work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
