We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Migration Manager, Client Change Asia.
This role is responsible for supporting the implementation for Client Take on projects and Portfolio Migration projects in Fund the Administration area
Support the building of coding rules, documentation and maintenance of a vendor applications for Client Take on and Portfolio Migration.
Participate to arrange meeting with users to collect requirements, prepare solution walk through document to users.
Ensure accurate process analysis and comprehensive reviews of the process flow including internal business analysts of other Securities Services applications
Be responsible for fund and instrument analysis for funds and portfolios in existing Accounting and Valuation engines
Lead gap analyses and propose operation changes, work around or system enhancements to align future target operating models
Coordinate User Acceptance Test and Model Offices project activities
Provide advice to the business in revising business procedures, delivery schedule and performance level agreement based on project documentation
Assist the business in audits for newly migrated funds
Provide technical support and training to users during project roll out time.
University degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with at least proven experience in relevant operation areas
Good knowledge of project management, system implementation, process review or operations management would be advantageous
Hands on experience with program development or data automation will be advantageous
General awareness of business, regulatory and technology change within investment management is essential
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
