We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Business Development.
To generate interest in Mandatory Provident Funds and Employee
Perform outbound telemarketing activities and inbound cross referrals
Explore referral opportunities for various channels
To support cross channels and referrals with other departments and bank
Ensure involvement in any ad hoc programs and activities
To complete fulfillment process as appropriate
Ensure customer satisfaction with the professional services rendered
Lead a team of business development experts and ensure that performance of team members are monitored accordingly
Qualified with Mandatory Provident Funds and Employee Benefits licenses
Experience in pension funds and customer services
Telesales experience is advantageous
Understanding of retirement schemes and up to date with new product knowledge as appropriate
Motivated and positive mentality with willingness to learn
Team player and genuine interest in management
