Job Description

Guest Relations Officer


  • Manage the reception area, greeting guest, handle incoming calls and enquiries
  • Provide check-in & check-out services to guests and to ensure that it is up to standard
  • Prepare and maintain guests records to provide personalize services to guest
  • Provide an excellent Guest Service and Butler Service


  • 2 - 3 years relevant experience in customer services field is preferred
  • Experience in hospitality industry would be an advantage
  • Good team player and customer-oriented
  • Good Interpersonal & Communications Skills
  • Good command in both English & Chinese
