b'Financial Analyst / Assistant Financial Analyst


[Investment] - Perform financial forecast and return analysis to facilitate investment decision and transaction structuring; - Assist in maximizing investment return and negotiating with investment partners through financial modelling. [Financing] - Build and maintain project and group-level financial models to formulate strategic financing plans for projects and the Group; - Closely monitor latest developments in financial markets and industry comparables; - Perform studies and analysis to assess feasibility of conducting different corporate actions and of obtaining funding from different financing channels; - Contribute to the execution of financing transactions through conducting research, performing deal structuring analysis, liaising with internal/ external parties, and reviewing documentations; - Foster close relationships with investment and corporate banks. [Treasury/ Cash Management] - Be responsible for daily cash management to meet business operational needs; - Handle cash flow forecasting, budget & variance analysis; - Manage deposit placement and loan rollover planning; - Prepare periodic treasury reports for management review; - Handle loans administration and compliance monitoring; - Provide support for ad hoc assignments when necessary.


- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines; - Relevant working experience in corporate finance, corporate/ investment banking or investments; - Pursuance towards CFA / CPA will be an advantage; - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Bloomberg a plus; - Work well under pressure, tight deadlines and independently; - Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; - Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus; - At least 2 years working experience, with experience in corporate treasury is a plus; - Suitable candidates with excellent soft skills but less experience will be offered as Assistant Financial Analyst.
