Job Description

Assistant Chief Executive (Administration)

Location: Central

The Assistant Chief Executive is senior management role to assist the Chief Executive to oversee the operation and development of Finance, Procurement & Administration, Human Resources, Information & Technology functions of the Association and assist in the implementation of the strategic action plans of the Association on capacity building and resources management.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimization of the day-to-day operational efficiency and effectiveness on administrative processes
  • Facilitate resolution of decisions across Finance, Human Resources, Administration & Procurement, and Information System Departments
  • Ensure continuous improvement of workflow, processes and integration across Central Administration Departments to enhance of administrative efficiency and effectiveness
  • Take a leadership role in risk management and to co-ordinate business continuity processes of central administration functions to support the service units
  • Prepare for the digital transformation of the administrative procedures and the future automation of the processes across the organization

Requirements

  • Master Degree in Public Administration, Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in Senior Management and General Management preferably in NGOs or Charitable Organizations 
  • Strong in communication, planning, execution and problem solving
  • Good in operational and quality management
  • Knowledge in legal and compliance
  • Innovative, creative, agility, open minded, people oriented and digital savvy
  • Possess strategic, visionary and analytical thinking
