The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Finance & Accounts Department.
Support the team on processing monthly payroll
Process payments of benefit schemes including ORSO and MPF Schemes
Prepare tax returns and related work
Prepare regular reports on budget estimation and expenditure projections
Prepare monthly cash flow forecast and process expenses claims
Other accounting duties as required
Tertiary education or above in Accounting, Human Resources or related disciplines
Minimum of 2 years' solid experience in the payroll function of sizable organizations
Conversant with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
Proficiency in MS applications including advanced Excel
Mature, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadline
Remuneration and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
