Job Description

合 約 採 購 助 理 Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To provide all-round support and general administrative duties in the Procurement Department of the Welfare Council;
  • To assist in preparation of tender documents and contract administration according to the policies and procedures;
  • To handle order processing
  • To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary or above
  • HKDSE with 5 Level 2 or above including English and Chinese or HKCEE with 5 passed including English (syllabus B) and Chinese
  • Certificate in Purchasing & Supply or related disciplines is preferred
  • 1 year of relevant working experience in Purchasing field is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Able to work under pressure, independent and eager to learn
  • Well organized and resourceful with good initiative

This position is project based
