To be the first contact for our new telephone and walk-in inquiry
Presentable, be able to deliver quality customer service and talent in building customer relationship in a fast pace
Be a fast learner, excellent communication skills, courteous with good team spirit
Degree holder or high diploma graduate with at least 2 years of medical centre/front desk customer service experience preferable
General administrative skill, detail minded and work with own initiative
Knowledge of CRM system and good Chinese typing and PC skills is a must
Native Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin and English
Working hours :
9:00am to 5:30pm (Monday to Saturday)
