Restaurant / Lounge - Host / Hostess (Supervisor / Officer)

Location: Sai Kung


  • Act as an Host / Hostess to ensure the customer is greeted, seated and served in restaurants (Chinese / Western) / lounge
  • Handle reservations, greet guests at arrival and departure
  • Assist in setting up of the restaurant
  • Enhance dining experience and handle guests' enquiries / complaints
  • Provide general admin and finance supports or other ad-hoc assistance as per requests


  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience within F&B / hospitality industries
  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality service or related discipline
  • Full-service restaurant is highly preferred
  • Strong Sense of customer services and good communication skills
  • Fluent in both Cantonese and English (with at least Fair Mandarin)
  • Able to work flexible hours (evenings / weekends / holidays)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Service Officer
