Officer - Service Center (Telephone Operator)

Location: Sai Kung

Job Descriptions:

  • To handle all external and internal phone calls in professional and polite manner
  • To transfer phone calls and take messages for guests
  • To follow up guests’ enquiries and complaints
  • To provide assistance to Front Office team member if required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone operating, with hospitality background is preferred
  • Polite, self-motivated, customer-focused and a good team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken English and Putonghua
