Concierge / Concierge Assistant

Location: Sai Kung

Job Descriptions

  • To greet customers and delivering high quality customer services
  • To handle and storage all guests’ baggage whenever required
  • To handle guests’ requests, complaints and enquiries in an effective and efficient way
  • To provide value added services and render necessary assistance to guests
  • To coordinate with external service providers to meet guests' needs
  • To assist in ad hoc assignments as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline 
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in concierge / front office operation is preferred 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Service-oriented, pleasant, good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Holder of Hong Kong driving license is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Concierge Assistant
