Beverage Craftsman (Restaurants / Lounge) / Bartender

Location: Sai Kung

• Prepare, present and serve beverages including coffee and wine
• Provide recommendations to guests and involve upselling during the process
• Work closely with other teams / departments in understanding guests’ needs
• Assist in preparing wine / drink lists and proposals
• Handle guests’ enquiries / complaints
• Daily inventory and other adhoc supports as per requests

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within F&B / hospitality industries
• Certified Safe Food Handler
• Proficient knowledge in wine / coffee serving
• Strong Sense of Sales and Customer-Service
• Great communication skills
• Experience dealing with wine suppliers highly preferred
• Fluent in both Cantonese and English (with at least Fair Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work flexible hours (evenings / weekends / holidays)
