Job Description

Assistant Manager - Cost Control

Location: Sai Kung

Job Descriptions:

  • Formulate Cost Control Policy & Procedure and participate in F&B menu costing & pricing
  • Compile daily F&B sales analysis and cost reports
  • Monitor POS system to ensure all price and cost data is up-to-date
  • Set up and implement Procurement system and define users’ specification
  • Manage stores & receiving section and monitor month-end inventories
  • Prepare month-end F&B Cost & Transfer Journal and review monthly P&L report
  • Assist Department Head to prepare F&B Cost % vs. Sales Revenue
  • Provide staff training as required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Hospitality or F&B industry
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • A good team player with business acumen
  • Good communication skills and able to interact with people in different cultures and backgrounds
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Accounting and POS Systems
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
