Job Description

Supervisor, Organization Development

Location: Hong Kong

Role and responsibilities:

  • Review, analysis and identify key risks areas, examine current employment contract / human resources work processes / policies / handbooks to identify gaps and develop policies / solution to address the gap
  • Participate in the formulation of regional HR related polices, continuously monitor/update statutory requirements and make changes where appropriate;
  • Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and policies across the regions and ensure compliance with company code of conduct, HR policies and local legislation;
  • Preparing e-learning materials on compliance issues for staff members
  • Assist in the integration and migration of company's newly acquired entities
  • Act as back up for Employee Relations Case Management, provide coaching and advice to line managers, participating in case investigation, manage disciplinary actions and record keeping.
  • Assist in HR initiatives and ad-hoc HR related projects as assigned


  • Degree in Human Resources Management / Legal / Business administration or related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist/Business partnering experience gained in sizable firm with regional exposure
  • Sound knowledge of the employment law in APAC including China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
