Job Description

Supervisor, In-flight Service Training

Location: Hong Kong

Role and responsibilities:

  • Prepare, coordinate and monitor cabin crew training;
  • Schedule and set up training programs for trainees and instructors;
  • Monitor and control general performances of trainees during training period;
  • Handle and administer general documentation for trainees;
  • Record and update training validity files;
  • Summarize the instructor and dual crew roster for payroll record;
  • Submission of applications and safe-keeping/return of authorized permits;
  • Coordinate and monitor distribution of uniforms and accouterments for trainees;
  • Follow up post-training administration;
  • Provide any ad-hoc support services to the team.


  • Degree holder or above;
  • Minimum of 4 years training or relevant experience with airline knowledge;
  • Experience in planning, organizing and delivering training programs;
  • Experiences with office administration, organization and work flow; preferably from aviation industry
  • Knowledge of in-flight services operation procedure;
  • Proficient in Computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc;
  • Good communication skills and professional work ethic;
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision;
  • Self-motivating, initiative to drive and follow through projects independently and efficiently;
  • Able to work under pressure in meeting tight time line and willing to work over-time when required.
