Supervisor, Cabin Crew Sales & Standard

Location: Hong Kong

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in design and development of cabin crew sales performance progress manual;
  • Manage and monitor cabin sales performance;
  • Provide monthly statistics on sales;
  • Research and analyse areas of improvement for cabin crew performance standard;
  • Assist in supporting the best in-flight service standards to passengers, monitor crew standard through in-flight assessment (appraisal), passenger's feedback and survey
  • Conduct counselling and disciplinary supervision;
  • Support in various functions including cabin crew recruitment, promotion and other events;
  • Assists in updating Cabin Crew record database;
  • Assist in updating the training material for Cabin Crew, liaise with external parties in organizing training for Cabin Crew;
  • Assist in reading and follow up for the flight reports;
  • Assist in other duties as assigned.


  • Degree holder or above;
  • Minimum 5 years airline-related experiences with supervisory experiences, preferably with an international airline;
  • Demonstrated leadership, relationship management and experience in change management;
  • Experience in planning, organization and control of performance functions;
  • Ability to coach, motivate and develop others;
  • Outstanding communication skills and professional work ethic;
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese and an additional language will be an advantage;

Desirable Qualities:

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision;
  • Proficient in Computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
