Job Description

Manager, U-FLY Financial Planning and Analysis

Location: Hong Kong

Role and responsibilities:

Financial Planning

  • Own the Reward-U financial planning processes (1/3/5/10 Year Business Plan, Detailed current year budget and rolling forecast);
  • Own the company's capital budgeting process;
  • Manage budget and non-budget approvals;
  • Champion the company's cost management programs;
  • Coordinate between cost centers and Finance Department.

Business Analysis

  • Design and furnish best partner performance analysis for assessment of new business development opportunities;
  • Prepare timely partner performance reports along with variance analysis;
  • Prepare timely management accounting reports;
  • Prepare detailed business plans for business expansions;
  • Responsible for periodic management reporting;
  • Ad-hoc projects assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Degree educated in a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant work experiences;
  • Experiences in financial statements analysis and model buildings are essential;
  • Strong skill in MS Excel;
  • Experience in an ERP environment is an advantage;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is required;
  • CPA/CFA preferred.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Strong business sense in transportation or tourism industry, work experience in airlines industry preferred but not a must;
  • Strong analytical skill and able to meet tight schedule or deadline.

Professional Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA)
  • CFA Level III / CFA Charterholder
