Job Description

Manager, Ramp Services

Location: Hong Kong

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Hong Kong and Outstation ramp service quality, ramp operation, and on-time performance;
  • Ensure Quality, Safety and Security compliance to IOSA standard;
  • Liaise with Ground Handling Agent in both Hong Kong and Outstation to ensure the service complies with company standard;
  • Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive auditing process including audit planning, conduct audit and follow up in finding;
  • Establish training syllabus and material including conduct ramp operation and related training;
  • Implement new customer service project to enhance customer experience;
  • Provide staff supervision, development, operational direction and guidance;
  • Other duties assigned.


  • 7 years' experience in ramp services incl. 3 years in senior supervisory or managerial position;
  • Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
  • Knowledge and understanding of aviation compliance requirements;
  • Knowledge and experience in aviation auditing, investigation and technical writing;
  • Qualification to conduct weight and balance training and manage a training team;
  • Willingness to travel.

  • People manager with good communication skills and a fast decision maker;
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and presentation skill;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Open minded, willing to take challenge;
  • Able to work under pressure.
